Extreme Sports is not for everyone. It requires courage, strong body and high mental power to overcome the fear and obstacles involved in extreme sports. These extreme sports are popularly called <b>Action Sports</b>. These extreme sports can be played on land, air and water. They can be played in summer, winter or in any season.
Action sports are for those people who are bored with regular sports such as football, basketball, cricket, hockey etc. They need a different sport which will test their strength and endurance. Games like snowboarding, skiing, Kayaking, shark dives, big game fishing, Para sailing, Para diving and mountain climbing are few of those.
In Europe and North America water and snow based games are very popular. Snowboarding and skiing are popular sports in western countries. Each year action sports lovers are creating new records in these two games. Para sailing and Para diving in air is another extreme sport popular in western countries.
In South Africa shark cage diving is popular not only with locals but also with tourist. Special packages are offered to locals and tourists. If you look at these sports closely and question yourself what brings people to these high action sports? There are different answers to this question.
Few people embrace these sports take fear out of their heart and gain confidence and proactive qualities. These sports boost self esteem and confidence and to few it changes perspective of life. Some of these sports require trainer or expert to be present while conducting sport.
These sports require high degree of discipline, dedication, mental focus, no fear to play these sports. Dropping from 30 feet in air, facing shark in cage, Kayaking in open sea, or cave diving all require strong commitment and proper training from certified trainer.
